As you can see from the photo above, our first art walk, which was at Edmonds, was a little washed out. We got assigned to exhibit in Edward Jones which is an investment company. Their establishment had the largest amount of wall space to house my paintings. Although not many people braved the weather we did get a visit from Julie, Glenn's editor. It was the first time Glenn and Julie met face to face even though she played such an important part in the Cabin 108 journey. In all the excitement I forgot to get a photo of them together, darn it!!!
Even though the event was a washout, my work stays up for a month and we had lots of fun. Ha, we even danced with a couple of the visitors teehee. We also learned a lot and will be able to make our next art walk, at Columbia Funding Mortgage, Mill Creek Town Center (July 11th 5-8pm), even better.
